We are architect and interior designers. We focus on new build houses, home extension, refurbishment, and renovation projects. We also work with entrepreneur clients on restaurant, retail, and boutique hotel interior designs.

We are a full-service architectural design practice. We work on projects from concept design, planning, through to construction and completion. We are experienced in managing project team, and delivering technical packages, with a focus on sustainable and robust materials and textures that create moments for the every day.

Polysmiths operates across various London boroughs, including Camden, Islington, Hackney, Southwark, Kensington & Chelsea, and beyond, delivering tailored architectural and interior design solutions.

Our process follows the RIBA Plan of Works. We also provide services including project management, construction contract administration, and Principal Designer.

We produce comprehensive drawings and specifications, coordinating with engineers and consultants to ensure every detail is addressed, facilitating accurate construction and cost estimation.

5. Construction & Project Management

During the build phase, we oversee the process, conducting site visits and managing contractors to ensure the design is executed to the highest standards, on time and within budget.

6. Completion & Post-Occupancy Support

Upon project completion, we conduct thorough inspections, address any final adjustments, and remain available for ongoing support, ensuring your new space functions flawlessly.
